User Contract
Please read these terms of use with care. By buying from our website you are accepting these terms. Due to the nature of printed matter- returns can't be restocked and sold to another customer. We do numerous quality checks throughout the production process to make sure that we deliver a good job. If you are not happy and feel that there is a quality issue - please call us so that we can understand the problem. You are completely responsible for the accuracy of your print layouts. This includes any and all US Postal Rules that may apply. We retain job samples on each and every project so we probably won't need to see samples unless we feel it is needed to resolve the problem. In rare instances we will want to have the entire job returned so that we can inspect. If we determine that there is a quality issue with your job we must make good on our promise to deliver quality work. Normally this will involve completely replacing the job with a new production run. In rare instances and depending on the nature of the problem we may elect to refund all or a portion of the invoice.
Although we are a craft focused graphics shop - many of the items sold in our Express website are printed on a large press sheet with other jobs. By this simple fact we aim to balance color across the sheet and deliver the highest quality for all and cannot adjust color for the benefit of a single item on the sheet. Ink densities will be typically be held to tighter standards than industry tolerances as we have perfected a "continual" measurement of the production run as it is produced. That said - in no way can we be held responsible to match the representation of your job on an RGB monitor. If a job is deemed to be "color critical" it is advised to purchase a hard copy proof from Delta Graphics. This proof will be at least 90% close to the final result. Finally, due to the automated nature of our production process there is only a very short opportunity to cancel and order - usually within 24 hours of placing the order.
Payment for orders including shipping and any extra services requested will be due and payable at the time of order approval. We will always be very clear about additional costs and promise to get an explicit authorization from you prior to incuring any charges. If we are handling mailing for you the estimated postage must be paid in advance in the form of a check payable to Delta Graphics. We keep a ledger on the job and will refund unused postage at the completion of the project. If an amount is due to Delta Graphics and is not paid this may result in the non-delivery of your order. Customers are responsible for all related collection costs. Delta Graphics is required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of California. If you hold a valid CA reseller certificate we are happy to hold a copy on file for you and to treat your orders as resale (non-taxable) when indicated.
We can ship products anywhere in the United States using UPS. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
